Ordering and Payment

 * Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments. Full payment is required upon delivery.

 * Order Confirmation: Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us, which will include your order details and estimated delivery time.

 * Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

Delivery

 * Delivery Service: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, which will be specified during the ordering process. Delivery times are an estimate and may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

 * Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.

 * Failed Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order because no one is available to receive it at the specified time, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, a redelivery fee may apply, or your order may be canceled without a refund.

Returns and Refunds

 * No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

 * Quality Issues: If you have any concerns about the quality of your cake upon delivery, please contact us immediately with a photo and a description of the issue. We will review your case on an individual basis and may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Product Information

 * Customization: We will do our best to accommodate any specific customization requests you have, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to any reference photos.

 * Allergens: Our products may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of these allergens.
